The human brain we have to today is the same model our prehistoric ancestors had more than a 100,000 years ago. Advances in human intelligence and technology have come primarily since we learned to talk, write and print books. Today, there are literally millions of books available containing all types of information - but who has 15,000 years to read through all of that?
That’s why I wrote The Handbook of How It Is delivering a lifetime of wisdom in under 200 pages. Altogether, there are over 290 topics listed in alphabetical order and described in tight summaries to convey the essence of each topic in as few words as possible. This book was not written to tell you what to think, it was written to help you think for yourself.
It has taken a decade of research and three years of writing to get this handbook into its current form. It is based on a multitude of authors and experts and their books, articles, documentaries, speeches and interviews that are listed in the bibliography. This handbook is still in draft form as I am finalizing the source notes for each entry. You are welcome to download the book in its current form and read it on your computer. If you decide to print out a copy, standard copyright protections apply and it is set up to print out as a 2-sided version. Your comments and feedback are welcome and the first official The Handbook of How It Is ebook will be ready later in 2009.
